Pleased with the customer service, room was beautiful but the shade would t go down so we were moved to another room which was a complete downgrade, no refrigerator like the first room. Went to a wrestling event and came back and our door was open...can't explain that one

A Very Inconvenient Place to Stay
This hotel is inconvenient. The design is the strangest that I've seen. Parking was/is a block from the hotel. You walk into the hotel on the "ground" level, and go down five stairs to get to the elevator. In my case, I arrived on the third floor, walked down a hallway to my room, and then had to go down seven or eight more stairs to get to my room. The signage on the hotel is barely visible during the day, and practically invisible after dark. It does not look like a hotel on the exterior, which doesn't matter unless you're looking for it. I never intend to stay here again.

The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive! I was delayed for arrival and the staff helped figure out parking. The room was spacious and clean. I slept great and was sad I didn’t have more time to stay!

Overall a good experience. Relatively nice renovation of an older property. Limited staff, but were very friendly and helpful. One of two elevators was not in service. Area seems okay but a little scary after dark.

The reception was great, shout out to Chris for trying his best to accommodate our stay. However, the elevator was broken on night one and we were placed on the top floor, floor 7. Not to mention we did not get clean towels daily on a 3 night stay. Parking is a mess like any other city and their on site valet closed by 11pm which would not work when you’re partying. Overall, a mid stay.

Clean those air filters!
The staff was very friendly--a definite plus. The room, in general, was clean. But one of the bedside lamps didn't work and the filter in the ceiling that the air conditioning went through hadn't been cleaned in the last century--it was clogged with dirt, dust, and grim. So, that was gross. Those beautiful pictures of cityviews . . . not available in our third floor "cityview" room. Just an angled view down into the street.
