Great distance from the Convention Center. Property was clean and well maintained. Loved the nugget ice machines available on the floors! Only complaints - no microwave in the room and fan on the equipment always ran - did not appear to have an off selection. Room temp was comfortable, just the noise at night.

Pleased with the customer service, room was beautiful but the shade would t go down so we were moved to another room which was a complete downgrade, no refrigerator like the first room. Went to a wrestling event and came back and our door was open...can't explain that one

This was my first time booking with this hotel and it WILL NOT be my last! The customer service honestly had me sold! Brandon checked us in and gave us the run down of the area , good eats, and recommendations on hot spots in the area. I did love how everything is walking distance! It’s literally in the heart of downtown so you can walk anywhere. Parking was kind of tricky but I mean it’s down town so what do you expect! The ROOM was amazing! SHOWER top tier! Aesthetic was GIVING! Room service was fast! Like snap of a finger fast! Chris helped checked us out, made sure we had everything we asked for, great customer service, and honestly I loved the energy all around! Def will stay here from now on! The vibe , the energy, all of it just was giving!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Sonesta. We were in town for the Ravens game. The staff here are very friendly and allowed us to check in early. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Baltimore. It’s right in downtown so there were food options in walking distance. It’s also close to Orioles Park and the M&T stadium.

First was advertised parking available. It was off site and charged 40.00. Parking using valet was 45.00 and still not on site! Kids banging and doors getting. Slammed and loud music till late hours. Do not recommend!
