Great distance from the Convention Center. Property was clean and well maintained. Loved the nugget ice machines available on the floors! Only complaints - no microwave in the room and fan on the equipment always ran - did not appear to have an off selection. Room temp was comfortable, just the noise at night.

Chris who checked us in was absolutely amazing, very accommodating. Valet was also amazing. Wish I could remember his name so I could let the hotel know how great he was. The only thing I wish was different is the bed. Super hard. Besides that, hotel is clean and well kept.

The concierge in the evening is always so pleasant. He always makes check-in run smoothly. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past two weeks traveling from Pennsylvania. I love it here.

Everything was very nice and accommodating! Staff was really nice , I arrived a couple hours early and the employee checked me in without any trouble or anything which made my stay even that much better , they were friendly , professional, and very respectful to there guests ! Shows they really care ! I will most likely visit Baltimore again at some point and this will be my go to property to stay at ! Everything was close , dining options , close to the harbour, close to the sports complex! And downtown so it was very convenient, and fun !

The staff was warm and friendly, but they were very short staffed. The property is updated, but little details need attention, such as loose toilet paper holder, window shade operation, loose faucet, missing table lamp. That said, I would stay again because the staff is great. Add yogurt to your breakfast offering please.

Great hotel!
My wife and i stayed here during the Ravens Steelers playoff game. We wanted to attend the tailgate party at 3, but check in was at 4. They helped us make it happen! Also afyer walking to and from the game (short walk!), we laid in a very comfortable and clean room! Very happy with this location and hotel! Will definitely be returning soon!
