Very good, very clean and very comfortable hotel.
Overall, a very nice stay. Very comfortable beds. Extremely clean facility. Staff very friendly. Two points to the wonderful lady running the breakfast buffet Rooms need fans in the bathroom. It would be nice to mask the sound of using the toilet in a not very soundproof series of rooms. Additionally, the humidity in the bathroom post shower is causing mold inside the picture frames. Additionally, putting the pullout couch directly in front of the beds creates a situation that when the couch is open, there is no walkway to the bathroom. Kind of a dumb set up. Also, both entries to the dining area in the morning were extremely slippery, but there were no more signs for slip hazards. Might want to identify the substances being used to clean the floors and see if there is something less dangerous, or if there are mats that can be put down to avoid slip hazards. We watched multiple guests nearly fall. There was a storm, and a tornado warning while we stayed at the facility. We were told that we could not be in the pool area even after the storm passed because what if the storm broke the glass and it got all over us. At the same time, there are glass windows in our room. The same danger would be present there as well. The staff was very nice about asking everyone to leave the pool, but after hours on the road, it was a serious annoyance. Overall, this is a very nice property. With some minor tweaks, including fans in the bathroom, it could be a four star experience!
