Clean and great service

This is the second time we have stayed at BW. We got complementary drinks due to the balcony being closed per city ordinance. Great service the young man at the desk was very helpful. Everything was clean definitely coming back again. Also, we came to Bandera just to visit Arkey’s.

The Best Western Bandera hotel was super cute! It was designed with the "Cowboy Capital of the World" atmosphere. The staff were all very hospitable and friendly. We were treated very well. The one down side to our room was that there was no door to the bathroom, and that left it open to the entrance and anyone in the room was trapped inside the room if someone was using the bathroom or trapped outside the room if they were outside. A door on the bathroom would have been helpful. But we would definitely stay here again. A missing door wouldn't keep us from staying again.

No Privacy

Great place the only thing is if your with a girls group the bathroom has no privacy…. The main door from the hall opens to the bathroom…. And The barn door that closes off the room slides open…. So be prepared for no privacy when staying there.

We have stayed at this property several times and we do like it. It could be a little bit cleaner and we were called by the front desk at midnight about a pet deposit. We had already addressed when we checked in. We were there till Monday so I don’t understand, why that young man couldn’t wait till morning to finish whatever business he needed taken care of.

Our stay was awesome, the room was very comfortable the staff was amazing and super friendly, one of our best trips to date. We day trip every chance we get and we will be back, definitely.
