Rooms were clean and upkeep has been maintained. Location was right off Hwy for easy access to old town and main streets.
The bed was advertised as a Queen but it clearly wasn't.. We have a queen at home and this bed was quite a bit smaller (full/double) seemed like a queen headboard with a full/double mattress.
My only dislike is the windows don’t keep street noise out.

Old hotel, rooms are small but decor is charming. Very low toilet, not good for older adults. Quite expensive for what you get, but that seems to be the case for Bandon hotels in general.
Had to ask for coffee and tea set up ( no cups or glasses, no coffee or tea) No tissues. No shampoo, conditioner, etc. one tiny bar of soap. The room was nice and clean, however. Comfortable bed. Friendly front desk.

The couple who run this hotel are very nice, warm and easy to talk with. A pleasure to chat with.
Unfortunately, the noise level is ridiculously high. My room was separated from the main highway through town by the width of the sidewalk. Add in old construction with virtually zero soundproofing and it was a recipe for poor sleep.
Right outside the room wall in the street is a manhole cover that would clang and rattle if car tires hit it just right, so it added to the cacophony.
The mattress was firm and very comfortable. The furniture was a mix of pieces that had obviously been acquired over time from various sources. Charming in a way.
The room was exceptionally clean, except that the mini-fridge was on a raised base which unfortunately had black mold growing on it! Mold was only visible on the base when you opened the door, but very obvious upon doing so.
The shelves inside the fridge had a bit of mold developing as well. That was a bit off putting.
If there was an ice machine or vending machines, I failed to see them.
For the price I might consider staying again, but only in the rooms farthest from the street.
This property is right on a busy road. Check in area was like an old 50-60’s hotel. Very old. The beds were nice and clean though. Bathroom was very tiny. Smallest toilet I’ve ever seen. My niece has a cpap machine and the table between beds was so tiny it didn’t fit. Would never stay in this one again.
Cute place with clean rooms. Close to town. Only complaint was that it is right on the main street so you hear the constant cars going by.

The manager was extremely nice and welcoming. The property was clean however the bathroom in particular is in desperate need of some repairs. The tub and shower surround were chipped and sketchy. There’s no air conditioning which in the heat of summer can be an issue. The location is right next to a main road so it is noisy .
Stayed one night. The highway noise was not really a problem since traffic slows down at night. The problem was the grocery store directly across the street and the 5am delivery that woke us up and kept us up. The bed was also a little firm and the pillows were low quality but the room was fine for the price. Would not stay here again because of the grocery store delivery, which I assume happens every day.
Enjoyed our stay! Thank you for the kind hospitality. My only issue was the shower/bathroom fan was very loud in room #9 and did not work that well making the room muggy. Still a great deal for the price. Room was clean and charming decor. Walked to town each day we were there. Thanks again.
It was a one night moving through. The room was clean and well cared for. The owner takes his time to make sure guests are comfortable and feel welcomed. They have a great website to show you the opportunities in Bandon.
The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. We had a pleasant stay, and a great nights sleep.

Small beach town, popular small hotel.
Nice enough for an overnight. Large room (300 sq ft). Clean, well maintained. Lots of highway noise, however, and water is hot but pressure is absolute zero. Walk to some of the restaurants and grocery.
