It is clean and quiet. Located in the Centre of Banff village which makes it very convenient for travellers. Very limited parking is the downside of this property.

We stayed here Oct 12-17, 2024. The staff was friendly, location great, rooms clean and nice. Breakfast was very good. Overall a great value and would stay here again. Parking included and very convenient.

This is a great hotel with good perks for the price. We liked the free breakfast; they even gave us a packed breakfast (upon request) when we had to leave early for an activity. We also enjoyed the heated pool, free parking, spacious room and accommodating staff. The location is excellent and extremely convenient and walkable to Downtown Banff restaurants and bus stops.

Excellent customer service we were greeted by Melissa, she was very helpful, our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and we had a nice view from our balcony great location was walking distance from shops and restaurants.

Great value. Loved the balcony with mountain view. Loved the hot tub. Nice lobby area with cafe and outdoor patio. Breakfast buffet included -- nothing spectacular but a nice bonus. Great location!!

Downtown Banff location. Great service and newly renovated throughout. Although the square footage of the guestroom is small, the space is very functional and the room felt larger. Our room had a balcony and the shower was the largest I’ve experienced in a standard room anywhere. The large double sink vanity was nice as well. Mini-refrigerator in the room as well. We would look no further if we were to come back to Banff.
