This is our “go to” place in Banff. We’ve been coming here for 30 years and have never been disappointed. The staff here are amazing, and are always aiming to please. Perfect little kitchenette units with all you need. It’s perfectly situated out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Banff too, which we love. Thanks for another great stay!

The room was fine and the beds were comofrtable. We ran into an issue when unlocking our room for the first time that was unsual and was certainly due some compensation. Front desk supervisor offered nothing and only responded accordingly once Expedia contacted her. After check in, property suited our needs.

Didn't resemble the photos, was more out of date than expected. Bed was dirty, the floor was sticky. The fireplace didn't have any wood. Guests above us were noisy early in the morning. Exterior was nice, felt like we were in a village.

As a repeat customer, we were disappointed on the condition of the room. The entire stay was marred by a musty smell that we masked with candles and open windows. Minor things like broken dishwasher door and dirty salt and pepper shakers left us disappointed. Final nail was the pot smoker outside under our stairs. We have had multiple stays that were memorable but this one was not.

Scenery around the resort is wonderful. Tunnel Mountain right across the street. Downtown Banff is a little too far to walk. The hotel does offer a shuttle. The rooms themselves look old, and could use some upgrading. The amout of dust build-up in our room was concerning.
