A good stay
Good place to stay. About a 45 min walk or 3/4 min drive to the stores. Outdoor and indoor hot tub with pool. Lots of parking. Beds were comfortable. Tv's in the rooms were only about 24" but we were outside most of the time. Wasn't perfect and a little rough around the edges but good enough for us.

We arrived at 330, hoping to get checked in a but early but understanding if we had to wait until 4. We didnt get into our rooms until 839 which was a huge damper on our plans that evening. Overall the place is run down. The pool is very dirty. We wont stay here again.

I enjoyed the fireplace but they do not provide enough kindling to get it going. The price to stay was good but it showed in how dated the inside of the suite was, stains on curtains and the pool / hot tub was overrun with children and not very clean.

Quiet area away from downtown Banff. Older buildings that need some upkeep. If you do stay, ask for a top floor unit as I was on bottom floor and the noise from the unit upstairs was almost unbearable. Pool and hot tubs ok but again, needs updating. Outdoors bbq’s for guest use was nice

Our suite had a sofa bed which needed to be replaced or the mattress changed cause my kids said it was very uncomfortable. They could feel the springs on their backs. Also the smoke alarm kept beeping through our first night. We thought the battery was low, contacted front desk, they sent someone over right away. That bight the stupid thkept beeping all through the night. No idea what the problem was. Besides that, everything else was good.

The room was pretty good. The Boston food was not good at all and priced at the high end. The chicken in both of our meals were pre cooked maybe frozen before. And the outdoor hot tub was filthy. Sand all over the bottom and debris floating around. Staff was friendle
