Was an overall great experience. Very cute property. Only complaint is the floors were sticky (took 2 days to get cleaned) and room wasn't as clean as I would like. No AC, a little outdated but doesn’t matter if you’re spending your time outdoors

This was such a beautiful property. Not very far from downtown Banff. There is bus service to take you down, which is wonderful so you don’t have to find parking. Super nice staff and gorgeous view from the pool and hot tub.

Spacious, clean. Love having a kitchen! Grills outside for use. Excellent friendly lobby service. Pool and hot tub and sauna great for kids and relaxing after long day of hiking. Roam bus (Banff public transit) right outside the resort complex and takes 10 minutes to get to town center (bus passes included in stay). If walking to town, about 30 minutes or better yet rent A bike from lodge for about $5 per hour (as of July 2024) and they lend you a helmet too. Will stay again!

Nice and comfortable
This complex is a nice collection of units. The condos are well equipped and comfortable for a week or two. It is very good having a complete kitchen. The location is pretty. It is a bit of a trek if you want to walk to anything. The bus is helpful but the schedule is quirky and a few times get skipped. The pool is nice but can definitely be filled with kids, as can the rest of the complex.

Had a great stay with our family of four, including two adult sons. Three bedroom two bathroom unit had plenty of space and was in good condition. We were there during a heat wave and there were plenty of fans, with more offered. Extra chair was brought over on request as was a new toaster. Staff was incredibly responsive and friendly. It was great to be able to loan bear spray and rent a bike for five dollars per hour. The bbqs were in good condition and we enjoyed preparing our dinners on site a couple of times. The pool, hot tub and sauna area is nicely kept and the views are fantastic. Parking was easy and we enjoyed the complimentary bus passes to use to get in/out of town. Front desk staff was extremely helpful, especially Pooja, who helped me figure out our extra night stay. I hope to return!
