We loved the king bed with the soaker tub. It was cozy and inviting - the bed was really comfortable! The only thing we noticed upon check in was that a mug and used towel was left on the floor and the drain outside of the tub hadn’t been replaced after cleaning. The house keeping staff was great although they seemed a little unsure about why the drain cover needed to be replaced. The staff offered to change our room and were extremely understanding and accommodating. I drive a full sized SUV so the clearance for underground parking was extremely tight going through the garage door, after we passed that the parking was great!

Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel feels dated and the pool wasn’t working because of repairs. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel so that didn’t matter too much. We walked everywhere and there is underground parking which is a bonus. If you want fancy, look elsewhere. If you want a clean hotel that you won’t spend much time in, this is a good option.

About a 17 minute walk to get to the main part of town. Comfy bed. Smelled very clean. Love that the hot tub is open until 1030. They only had one staff working Saturday night so check in was a bit of a wait.

Conveniently located along Banff Avenue close to shopping and restaurants. Ample space for parking . Rooms are spacious and cosy with basic amenities available. Free shuttle tickets is a plus . Too bad the pool is under maintenance and the bar is closed.
