Decent property, elevator wasn’t working properly and pool was closed but other then that was good. Offered transit passes which was nice.

Very quiet rooms with everything you need for a stay in Banff. Nice mountain views. Staff was very courteous and attentive. Underground parking is a plus in the winter. Coffee and tea available in the room and in the lobby next to a nice roaring fire. Will look forward to trying the newly refurbished pool next time we return.
