Our stay was very comfortable. Dinner at Karavalli was our favourite, amazing food and service. Staff at reception was also very helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

We stayed here last year, and again this week. The property has been renovated , the rooms are clean and very comfortable. The restrooms were very clean too. This property is located at an excellent location too. We got the airport transfer back and forth to the hotel, the guest service was awesome. We will be back next year.

It was a delightful experience overall. - Upon arrival, I found the front desk staff to be incredibly helpful. Despite initially being told that a higher floor wasn't available, they went above and beyond to accommodate my request. After a short wait, they managed to secure a room on a higher floor, which I greatly appreciated. - The rooms were spotless and tidy, giving off the impression of being recently renovated. - Situated near the bustling Brigade Road, it offers easy access to the vibrant nightlife of the area. - Regrettably, I didn't have the opportunity to dine at the hotel's restaurants or sample their food offerings, so I can't provide any feedback in that regard. However, judging by the overall quality of service during my stay, I wouldn't be surprised if the dining options were equally impressive. - The hotel offers an abundant breakfast spread . Not only was the selection impressive, but the chef also personally checked on me during my meal, ensuring that everything met my satisfaction. This personalized touch truly made me feel valued as a guest. However, the selection of coffee can be improved.

Had an amazing experience at Vivanta . Great food and excellent staff- Mr. Sandeep Mr. Uday took care of our food and services and made us feel like we were at home.
