Its fancy, a bit too expensive for what we get at the Club level and the TV remote and the android services were bad, very very bad. The other thing that bug me was the aircon resetting every time we leaf the room.

We stayed for seven nights. I was starting a new job in Bangkok and we were settling in. We had some new clothes and a pair of Bose noise cancelling headphones stolen from our room My four requests to have the matter addressed including the review of CCTV. We were politely ignored on each occasion. We were far from happy. No apology, no concern. We will not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

The metro is 30 seconds walking from the hotel. very good thing due to the traffic in Bangkok. the hotel, very nice, friendly stuff. I do recommend. We did not take breakfast because it was expensive. but still, great hotel.

We had a great couple of days at the Aetas Lumpini the hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious ( deluxe King & deluxe twin rooms ) and very well equipped all the staff were friendly and very helpful would definitely stay again

Stay was great- but communication after I had left was poor. I accidentally left my passport and travel documents and they failed in communicating with me to post it to me.
