Phenomenal hotel! The entire staff is exceptional; from the check-in clerks, the concierge team (Tawan, John, Big, Book, Paul?), the maids, you name it. Everyone made us feel like royalty. The jacuzzi corner room was amazing! The lighting was perfect; bright enough to see what you're doing when you put on make-up in the a.m., softer lighting to create ambience in the p.m. The king size bed was very comfortable. I appreciate how they provided one set of firmer standard sized pillows and another set of soft, fluffy, down-filled king-sized ones. The thermostat was easy to operate and the room was never frigid or sweltering hot - always just right! The pool and gym are small, but you can get a decent workout in. The location is perfect, close to Terminal 21 mall, the Bumrungrad hospital, Sukhumvit 11 restaurants and pubs, etc. For those looking for vegan eats nearby, there's a fantastic vegan restaurant within 2 mins walking distance that is absolutely delightful! I only have 2 complaints: The breakfast, which was pretty underwhelming and the walls of the rooms seem to be a bit thin since you could hear noise in the hallways when our neighbors ordered room service. As for the breakfast add-on at booking, I would just skip that and eat at the local eateries which are extremely affordable.

On the first day we were checked into a room which had a pungent smell of cigarette throughout the room and in the corridor. As we do not smoke, we complained about this and requested a room change. We were then told someone would come up to spray the room. The room was sprayed with scent but this did not last long. 3 nights later and after complaining a total of 3 times we were finally moved to a new room on a new floor. We also received conflicting information from staff during the first 3 days, some staff said the initial floor we were on was a smoking floor with smoking permitted in rooms however others said smoking was not allowed in the whole building. It is very concerning that there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke in our room for 3 days, I suspect the hotel allows smoking in certain rooms and do not declare this. This is very disappointing as it is advertised as a non-smoking hotel.

This hotel used to be Tower 2 of The Grand President Hotel where I have stayed seven times over the years. The rooms have been remodeled, it has a great pool and a wonderful restaurant. We ate the breakfast buffet every morning. It is conveniently located near the sky train, 7-Eleven, a pharmacy and numerous restaurants. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. This will continue to be my hotel choice in Bangkok.

So far so good especially the location is very convenience which is near the BTS station - Nana. The nearby of the hotel has many restaurants, bars , club house and massage shops. So the hotel is suitable for the customers in which they can enjoy their night life in nearby area.

Great new hotel, safe and easy to get where you want to go. A little loud at night, being across the street from Sugar Clib, but that is not the fault of the hotel. Will stay there again, great staff and facilities

Aira Hotel is conveniently located in Soi 11, yet quiet and relaxed environment. Many bars and international restaurants are nearby, while Terminal 21 shopping mall is a short walk. Staff are always helpful and happy. I have stayed at the Aira before and look forward to my next visit.
