Beautiful property, well maintained. We had a riverfront room with an amazing view from the balcony! Some may say bit far from center but free fairy shuttles are running constantly. Big nice pool is clean and well kept . Breakfast buffet one of the best I ve seen in such caliber hotel .

Warm friendly staff made me feel at home. Beautiful hotel by the river with its own port. Love the unlimited bottled drinking water supply replaced everyday. Buffet is fantastic with a selection of dishes from every continent. Biggest buffet I’ve ever seen very good value.

A wonderful but ageing hotel. Staff are courteous and very professional. Rooms are great and spacious. However, the hotel in general is looking old and in need of a refurbishment, especially considered the £155 price tag. In BKK it faces stiff competition. Still a wonderful grand old lady of a hotel. Restaurants, boat shuttle, spacious rooms, and on-river restaurants are its strong points.
