The staffs is wonderful and super friendly. I had to book extra night so I can have a 10 pm check out because of my departure flight. The night duty manager was super accommodating by extending my current rate rather than the going rate.

This place would be better if they had better staff. Reception was so rude to me that made my check in experience horrible! The location is awful, 30 minutes away from the Temples and activities in town, $15 usd by Grab. It's not walkable and very dirty and dangerous. The room was cleaned! Because of the staff, I would not stay there again!

Great place to stay in Bangkok. The hotel is really nice. The staff is very nice and friendly. They gave great suggestions on places to eat and explore. It's close enough to everything to experience the city and far enough to not be in the middle of everything. I thought the location was perfect. There are no restaurants on site, but the Grab app has your food delivered right to the hotel. It was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Soundproof is an issue
Location: Convenient, about 7-10mins walk to the nearest BTS station. Bed: Requested twin beds, very narrow (approx. 80-90cm wide). Soundproof: Below average, we both were woken up a couple times at night by room guests staying the next door. Be aware even if you're a heavy sleeper. Service: Overall was very pleasant from the concierge to reception staff. The only exception was a gentleman wearing glasses rostered morning shifts on 25th-26th April, he was not helpful and his response was lacking professionalism and sounded cold.
