The bathroom it appeared freshly renovated and functional. The main room was a little on the small size but this was not a problem. There was no balcony but in saying that, there was no view due to the position of this boutique hotel. The staff were super friendly. I will most certainly stay there again.

Our stay was fantastic! We knew the hotel had limited facilities - no pool or car park - we planned to be out and about Bangkok. Kevin the hotel manager was a wealth of knowledge and provide us with excellent advice on traveling around town. We used the MRT and BTS systems to get all around Bangkok and explore areas on our own with and without a tour guide. The breakfast was cooked to order every morning from a set menu. I cannot overstate how wonderful the staff was - they went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one! We will be back again!!

You get what you pay for.
Hotel was old. The Shower Area would have benefited from a bottle of bleach to get rid of the black mould in the grouting. Hot water, in the shower, came from an electric instant heater with it's benefits and drawbacks. No hot water in the sink. Breakfasts sounded great, fresh cooked for each individual. In reality they were tiny with a choice for 'English Full Breakfast' of Bacon OR Sausage and 'toy town' toast. The Hotel was very handy for the BTS and the MRT. I don't think I would stay there again; having travelled that far, I would pay the extra for a better hotel and get a Buffet Breakfast included as well.

It is a good location to Terminal 21 and the bar scene. The building and room are a little warn. It could use a renovation. The view was terrible. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good.

Hidden gem
Stayed here for two nights at the end of my trip and appreciated this hidden gem. Central location close to food/bars/shopping/MRT. There are convenience stores within a stones throw. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is fantastic and the breakfast is made to order and delicious. I will be back.

Just needed a room in BKK for a night and i like to be in this area as i know it well and feel comfortable.Thought it was a bit pricey for what it was.But not complaining.Staff were wondreful and i would stop over again with no hesitation.
