I would not recommend staying here. The property has great restaurants and a rooftop bar but makes no special accommodation for its hotel guests. We were turned away because facilities were at capacity each time we tried to go, so in the future I would just make a reservation for the vertigo bar and stay at another hotel. The pool is very small and the rooms are a bit outdated. Staff was nice but not super helpful. Not a bad choice but with so many hotels in Bangkok to choose from this would not be our first choice next time.

Great hotel in quiet surroundings
Another nice stay at Banyan Tree. We booked club lounge access which worth the money. Good sized and well equipped room. Traffic at South Sathon Road does pose challenge especially during rainy days but manageable and far more quiet than other tourist hotel areas like Sukhumvit. Smoking terrace with glass room not the best concept.

Wonderful service from the staff. A big shout out to Pure at the club lounge who was charming and courteous throughout our 1 week stay and Dew at the Vertigo bar who was fantastic at coming up with new cocktails on request. The service and staff are simply wonderful

The hotel was very good, room was fantastic along with the rooftop bar. Breakfast was very nice. It’s in the middle of the business district so need to travel to get to main sites. We walked to the nearby park which was pretty run down but still interesting.
