The sound proof doesnt really work as i still can hear other room when they close the door or walk with luggage. The staff is very helpful, kook the concierge guy was very kind and help us to book taxi and ensure the taxi clean and bargain the good price for us. Really happy with all the staff and the food. The hotel itself was wonderful. The room was spacious, well designed and had a beautiful view. The staff were extremely kind and forthcoming and both breakfast buffet and room service were great. The only thing that I did not like as much was the location. While there are metro and BTS stations nearby, it is a little far off of the sights that first time Bangkok visitors may want to see. It took me around 45-60 minutes to get to most of the sights I visited. But if you are mostly interested in visiting the malls in Sukhumvit, the Carlton is a great choice.

Fantastic hotel with first class service and amenities. Very close to everything you need. The elevated rail is right near, so you can check out other areas, if you don’t want to tuk tuk around or taxi. Nice long pool and excellent breakfast spread.
