We booked a 3 bedroom suite and it was so outdated!!! The toilet doesn’t flush well, the shower drainage is horrible, the place overall felt dirty! We all broke out in rash after sleeping there. The couch look and felt nasty. We didn’t feel comfortable being there.The only pro I’ll give this place is the AC. It worked great! I wouldn’t book this place ever again. The front desk guy who checked me in was also rude and they didn’t have the room ready when it was time for check in. Would not recommend. Thought I hit a jackpot when I walked into the lobby because it was nice, cold, and smells good… but the suite was just horrible!

Me and my partner stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Our room was exactly like the photos and it was within walking distance to Terminal 21 Mall. It was also very easy getting transport from the hotel. The staff were very friendly.

This is my 4th visit to Bangkok but so far this is my best experience in an hotel. Every time I stayed at 4 star hotels. Excellent hotel with amazing staff. Very clean and well kept. I have a one bedroom balcony executive suite in the old wing which it’s not that modern but it’s very well kept so makes no difference. I extended my stay for another 11 nights and I will happily write another review at the end of my stay. Highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful stay hassle free. Thank you and well done Centre Point.
