Citadines on Soi 11 is at the center of action and everything you need is walkable. And i mean anything. You can walk to Nana Plaza, Soi Cowboy, Thermae Cafe, BTS and remember you are on Soi 11 where action is at night.

Hotel location has good night life - just that its very noisy even till late at night. Hotel can consider to have better sound proof. Internet was slow and intermittent. Same as the hot water shower. Staff was very helpful. Small gym n pool at roof top was clean as well.

Very good value for money and big roms with mini kitchen.. perfect for short stays in the heart of sukhumvit soi 11. the only downside is noisy -very noisy street music that they cannot control. so do bring earplugs or noise cancelling earpiones as you will need them! I liked small laundry to do washing

This is a great place to stay in Bangkok. Reasonably priced and better than a five-star hotel. Friendly, efficient reception, comfortable rooms with all amenities. The gym and pool are the only drawbacks - too small and limited. Other than that, absolutely perfect.

Good place very convenient location. Only had one problem with the way the room floor was cleaned. It was slippery and did not dry. It was our last day and they were very understanding All in all, it was a very good place at a very good price

The noisiest place I have ever stayed in Bangkok. I’m not referring to the expected loud street noises - this place had head banging, vibrating, thumping disco music that throbbed all the way to the 7th floor where I got moved to for the second night. The first night I was on the 3rd floor - it was unbearable. They kindly moved me to the 7th floor. The staff are great - kind and responsive. This hotel is for party- peeps - it’s on one of the busiest soi’s with night clubs up and down the street. Yes, lesson learned, but no one else should learn this lesson unless they plan on being out all night partying. The room was clean and what I signed up for - the staff were A - but seriously avoid if you go to bed before 2 AM when the sound slowly dies down - usually takes until 4 AM for all the transport to deliver the party people to wherever they are going. Note that earplugs are not enough.

Me and my wife stayed at Citadine Hotel for 11days. I highly recommend.Friendly staff,fully secure, smoke free, hygienic, good communication to train and shopping mall, all type of food shop nearby,and free coffee at the lobby. Will come again.

Always a good place to stay for first timers. I believe it was recently remodeled and from what I experienced, it was better than the last time I stayed. Staff is helpful and accommodations were great. It’s on one of the most visited streets on Sukhumvit. Meaning there’s restaurants, easy transportation (during the day) and activities to search for. BTS is nearby and almost everything on Sukhumvit is walkable from this point.
