Wonderful room, service, staff, dining. I was staying there when the earthquake hit Burma and affected Bangkok. The staff were so amazing. Got everyone out of the hotel, kept us safe, brought umbrellas and water (as it was hot outside), kept us updated on the situation, and made sure we were all ok. Beyond professional putting all of us first. Very impressive. I will never forget how great all these people were. Thank you.

Good safe location and convenient to everything
Really impressed with this stay and as it's a Marriott brand it didn't surprise me. Staff were attentative and very friendly, room was spacious with what seems like an updated decor because the air con system was not digital. It's off the main road so away from the traffic and less than 10 mins walk to either BTS station, or you can take a (timetable) Tuktuk.

The room was clean and the cleaning of the room was done well and on time. The bathroom is slightly smaller than expected. The pillows could be firmer. The breakfast buffet was very good and the shuttle to the nearest train stations were very helpful. Staff was polite.

Welcome to the land of smiles :)
The service and friendliness of the staff from the moment you step inside this hotel is 10/10. From the bell boy to the reception to the waitress to the cooks at the restaurant… everyone was welcoming and smiling. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. There was so much variety at the buffet breakfast that I felt like I was at a resort. The location is convenient, a couple blocks from transit and shopping. I can’t find anything to fault… my stay was excellent!

Staff was great and helpful. The usual high quality stay of Marriott hotels. Restaurant was average price with broad range of choice. If not Grab transport or food delivery was fairly priced and timely. Just within 3km radius there’s a plethora of shopping, food & attractions (Central World, Siam Paragon, Platinum Mall, Graysorn mall, Big C (supermarket), Benchakitti park, Mahanakhon Skywalk.
