The property is not in a good area, nothing to do or see near the hotel. The hotel was ok, the breakfast was average (cold fried eggs both mornings) ... to go anywhere you must get a taxi. Tge room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Little or no information provided at checkin or in rooms regards property and services ,,,, restaurant was unattended and night staff were not helpful regards dining options in the area ,,,hotel is isolated so limited options other than 7-11 which is about 1km away ,,, nice relaxing pool area but wouldn’t stay again

Hotel room is comfortable and delicious breakfast.
I highly recommend this hotel. The room is much bigger, clean and comfortable as their name “real cozy”. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing.

The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is close to downtown El Nido and the breakfast is very delicious and a lot of choices. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. Thank you once again.

I used the hotel for my transit because the hotel is close to the airport. Very quiet area and no shopping area but it's okay if you stay for transit. Very kind front stuff even late night.
