Excellent hotel on BTS line.

Great service and attention to detail from hotel staff, especially executive lounge staff. Check-in/check-out process was quick and seamless. Rooms were clean and spacious. Had a great stay at Eastin Grand Phayathai.

Staff are all friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain. We stayed im two bedroom suite which is big with 2 full in room bathroom amd and extra toilet to give more convenience. Check in at the Ececutive lounge with free refreshment and snacks were great. There was also daily free afternoon tea buffet on top of tje breakfast. Literally you can stay in the hotel,the whole day with two pools amd a gym. Defintely worth the price for a great holiday. Will go back again.

Excellent value and great location. Was an easy train ride to and from the airport. Two BTS stations away from 5 different malls. Lots of food options within walking distance. The breakfast options were incredible, and super delicious. The service from the staff were exceptional. There’s also a Let’s Relax spa across the street for cheap good massage. Will definitely stay again if visiting Bangkok.

The location of this hotel is perfect with the airport railway line terminal and the BTS station. It is not far away from the city centre. The mattress is wonderful. We stayed here for 5 nights. Got 3 pieces of laundry free each day. Our room is Deluxe at the end of a corridor. The sound proofing from outside traffic was not perfect.
