Very nice lobby, friendly staff, and awesome pool. Good breakfast for buffet selections, right off the BTS station so super convenient. Only recommendation I might have is make your doors more soundproof- you could hear anything/anyone through your door.

Return visit, excellent access to skytrain and river transport. Executive club rooms and access to the lounge well worth it, happy hour and buffet are excellent. Staff in the lounge go above and beyond, thoroughly recommend the hotel.

Very nicely presented hotel, with very nice pool. Good restaurant, however, it would be nice to have some local cuisine options. Area in front of the hotel can be very busy.

Great service from reception, food service and housekeeping. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and dinner at Antito restaurant was very good. Location is convenient to connect with the skytrain system and also to the river boats leaving from Sathorn which is only one stop away via Skytrain. Hotel to airport was 45 minutes via car (Grab car ride hailing service) midday.

Perfectly located at Surasak station with covered walkway between the two giving easy access to the city and airport. Excellent room and facilities and wonderful friendly staff. We had an executive room which included many privileges including daily breakfast and cocktails in the top lounge. Fabulous pool and gym and an excellent concierge service. A perfect hotel for our Bangkok stay and highly recommended

Spent 2 nights in Eastin Grand was, very pleasant experience. The staff are professional, polite and helpful. Lovely buffet breakfast, comfortable environment and variety of choices of food. Room size and toilet are perfect. Beautiful swimming pool with amazing view and drinks. 24/7 gym is big enough.
