Hotel location is close to all the the central malls, and still not too close to these malls that it is a much quieter place. The train is 5 mins walk away. Room is spacious and clean. Will stay here again,

I will definitely return to this hotel. I was upgraded from a Junior Suite to an Executive Suite upon arrival. In addition to that the cleanliness of the room was superior and the customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend!

Software needs upgrading
We have stayed here many times in the past few years when visiting Bangkok, mainly due to its convenient location and spacious room. However the room service leaves much to be desired of, used consumables are not always replenished, the quality of the toilet rolls and tissue needs immediate attention, the toilet flush needs to be pushed down manually for over 15 seconds before everything can be flushed away. Even though the hardware is still attractive, the software has to advance hand in hand.

The hair dryer is poor. If you have long and volume hair, it takes long time to dry it. Also, the design of the wardrobe is not good. The clothes are so squeezed if you hang all 8 clothes inside the wardrobe. However, the location is convenient. It takes few minutes walk to Chitlom and Siam where the downtown is.

Best place in Bangkok
The exceptional location made this a great place for walkable tourism. The facility was stylist yet comfortable with great amenities including a pool, wonderful spa treatments, and an outstanding daily breakfast buffet.

We had a great 2-night stay. We’ve been to Bangkok several times and have stayed at various hotels. The Grande Centre Point had a good atmosphere. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The room was nice and spacious. The location is convenient if you want to be close enough to several major shopping areas without being directly in the center of it all. We would stay here again.

Luxury all the way.
Brilliantly all round nice hktel. Staff reall friendly & helpfull. Room was nice. Really nice toilet with all the controls in a Brilliantly bathroom. I opted firca upgrroom which come with a bsth aswell as shower. Bed was a little hard but by no means not comfortable. I got a free mini bar. Plug was socket with all the option's but doesn't have usb points in.
