My stay at the Lancaster is always excellent. I think my only complaint is they need to get some sort of a swimsuit dyer That way, I don't have to worry about having a soaking wet floor in the bathroom all the time

My stay at the Lancaster was everything and more! The staff was super attentive when I expressed that the tablet in the room was not working. They sent someone up so fast and they resolved everything within 10-15 minutes. I’d gladly rebook this hotel again when I travel to Bangkok! Thank you Lancaster staff!

Staff were able to assist with a refund which we are very grateful for but very inconvenient as we did expect a 5 star hotel experience. This hotel really needs maintenance done frequently. As I get very sick with mold we had to leave as the mustiness was overwhelming and I started to feel very unwell. We were also asked for a 12,000 baht deposit upon arrival which was more than half of the almost week stay. Every 5 star hotel we have stayed at only requests 2,000 baht maximum. We are grateful to the staff that assisted us but this hotel is in need of a refurbishment and maintenance asap!
