This hotel....just wow! The proximity to everything is super convenient and we had a room with access to the executive lounge that had an amazing buffet as well as stunning views of the river! Our room was amazing and service was impeccable. Also, they have a ferry to cross the river right behind the hotel (go to front desk and there are glass doors that open to the spa, go left, walk past the bar and take another left), one goes to river city directly across the hotel (operated by the dock to the left of the Hilton dock) and the one directly to this hotel takes you a little further down to the right of the river. Took us a little bit to figure out which ferries went to where so hope this helps!

The hot water took more than a minute to come no matter from tap or shower head. The water pressure is also very low. The whole plumbing system definitely has problem or that connected to the room I stayed. Some of the hot dishes in breakfast buffet were cold. The only good is that it’s next to icon Siam.

Be sure to get the breakfast it’s not your regular hotel breakfast. I loved this property so much I suggested it to friends and family. Beautiful clean, near Iconsiam mall which is a plus. Hotel offers several dining options and has complimentary water taxi shuttle to the other side of the river. Don’t think about booking here just do it you won’t regret it.

We were very happy with original room but extended our stay and upgraded too . We have a great view overlooking the river . The staff are all very polite , helpful and immaculate. The executive benefits are good perhaps the canapés could be better ( had much better at other hotels ) . Minor improvements to rooms could include more wardrobe and drawer space . Very few places to hang towels and bathrobes which is pretty annoying on a daily use basis , during a longer stay . Jacuzzi Bath great but no product to use in it only Bath soap . The pool are is attractive but everyone seems nervous about slipping in the shallow areas where the sun loungers overlook the river . Great gym , so clean and modern . The free boat transport across the river is a nice and probably necessary touch .

Check in quick and efficient. Room was large and clean with a great view of the river. Upgrade to Exec Room is worth it for the breakfast and access to the lounge. Spectacular views from rooftop bar.

It’s a great hotel with a lot of facilities, excellent breakfast and location. A huge shopping mall is nearby as well as the public ferry that take you across the river. Nice rooftop and 360 bar. It was our honeymoon and they also gave us a room upgrade, very friendly and polite staff. Would definitely go again.

Best hotel in Bangkok! Stayed here a year ago, and decided to venture out and try a new hotel in a different neighborhood for my return- big mistake- spent one night at other hotel and went back to Millennium Hilton The staff, the location, the river, the free river ferry service, the pool, the breakfast spread! Hotel staff are so nice and kind and helpful You’ll be missing out if you don’t book a Thai massage at the hotel Stop thinking about it and book your stay, will make Bangkok so much better Iconsiam is next door and fun to experience Highly, highly recommend
