This is a good opportunity for me to give Moxy Hotel a good phrase! The hotel is located in a good location with a lot of shopping malls or good food centres. It is easy to access whether BTS or shopping centre. The hotel crews are so friendly and energetic. They are all young and smart that bring their customers with a positive energy. Keep on going, guys! Maintain your positive energy to brighten this hotel. You can do it!

not recommended to stay in moxy bangkok
hotel room do not have a big table for food. was disallowed to have our grab food at the so called lounge area level 9. reached at 9am and told can only check in at 3pm. came back to check in at 3pm and when check out request to check out at 1pm was told our room were ready at 11am and we didn’t come to check in. how on earth wil we know when we were told to go back at 3pm. overall the rooms were not good. sound proof bad, door closing were terrible can hear neighbour room closing door from our bed area. not recommended to stay for this hotel. money not worth it

A very good hotel and definitely will book this hotel again for my next trip to bangkok again. However, the shower area does not have a door to close to stop water from splashing from shower area to dry area.

Stayed at this hotel cos it is walkable to BTS station and shopping malls, Big C is just next door and platinum mall a short walk away. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, got some games to play at the lobby area and a gym as well. Will stay again in future.

The location to all the major shopping areas, there's lots of facilities (games, pool table, etc) to keep us happy when in the hotel. Also accessibility to the link bridge to the malls is a godsend! Rooms are clean, staffs are really friendly. Would highly recommend for family travelling with kids/teenagers.

I think it is overpriced. The room is rather small, the breakfast choices were very limited. There were no porters to help bring luggage to the rooms. The advantages I can see is only the Magnificat view and the accessibility to the nearby shopping malls.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere and convenience of the Moxy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue was the rooms are small but they are serviced every day which made up for it.
