Amazing hotel
Great service, amazing staff, excellent location, delicious breakfast. Went on a 3 week trip in Thailand, and the first 3 nights was here. Came back to the hotel again when I came back to Bangkok for 5 nights. Amazing service from the employees.

This place claims to be a 5 star hotel but really it is not. First, the check in took an unreasonable amount of time. Then I got upgraded to a bigger room, which was a nice gesture, but the room smelled of cigarette smoke and there was also a giant stain on the mattress visible through the sheets which was gross. The sheets did seem clean though. The gym is very nice, and the area around the hotel is nice for dining options. The breakfast was underwhelming - the options were ok but everything tasted just …off.

My first time in Bangkok and staying here was great. The staff were very kind, personable, and helpful. They also will let you leave your luggage if you arrive early, while at the same time work urgently to get you into your room. It’s a peaceful area and not far from activities! Definitely would recommend!

Property and staff are decent but we would have chosen somewhere else as described as ‘Premium Pool Connecting Room’ and had picture with private pool connected to room but it was only a view of a communal pool. Description is this totally misleading and feels expensive without private pool compared to other hotels. Feel we were missold.

A relaxing gem near a busy nightlife hub
Nysa is situated at the end of a busy clubbing district so much more quiet. It is within reach of a lot of convenience and amenities. We like to either walk 12-15 mins to the BTS stop Nanna or take the hotel shuttle with limited intervals.
