Good hotel
It was located in a great area. Quite street with the metro very close. There was a little bit of a misunderstanding which was unfair to us. Twice indifferent situations but it got clarified. Kinda a downer but aside form that the breakfast was great.

Extremely friendly staff, amazing location to multiple shopping centers and bars, all very walkable. I admittedly used mainly motorbike taxis to get around because I'm a bit lazy but, otherwise, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to some of the best malls in Bangkok. Room was absolutely perfect, extremely clean, shower was warm, AC was cold, huge window for waking up in the morning, couches were clean and well kept. Side note, the concierge is one of the coolest guys I've ever met in any of my travels, the hotel gets a 10/10 for his energy alone, seriously. The single complaint I have is that the TVs are extremely dated, but who rents a room in Bangkok to sit at the hotel and watch TV all day? Other than that, it was an amazing stay and I'll definitely be back. Book a stay here, you'll undoubtedly be back.

Location is very convenient, walkable to Terminal 21 Asok MRT/BTS stations. Like the surrounding ambience, green, small nice shops around restaurants, massage parlour yet quiet & pleasant. Hotel staffs are cheerful & helpful, in particular Mr Oui the concierge manager, he's always smiling and helpful. I will come back again.
