We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, it was a bit dated decor wise but gave us everything we needed. The hotel food was really nice, pool areas clean and tidy. Its located near a huge indoor and out market, which was ideal if you're looking for clothing.

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms and swimming pool outside. We enjoyed our time there even thought it was only for three nights. Good location as well. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

This property had such an authentic Thai feel and such character to the building. We checked in at 2am after a 24 hour travel day and were in our rooms within 15 minutes. We also received a complimentary room upgrade which was very nice although not expected. Most staff spoke decent English. The restaurant food was okay, breakfast buffet had a large variety, and the prices were reasonable. This is a very large property that hosts weddings and conferences so it takes some time to walk from your room out to the taxi pickup. There are two 7/11s within walking distance for snacks, liquor, etc and we never had a problem finding a Grab or taxi. There are not a lot of food options in the area so we drove to Khao San Road each night which was only a 7 minute drive. There are a few markets that are walkable for food and snacks. I would stay here again if I return to Thailand.

The room was not in a very good conditions, the wall paper was falling apart, the water was all on the floor when took the shower, the sheets of one of the beds was broken .

A decent hotel for the price. Theres a great affordable coffee shop on the first floor. Walkable area but I would not stay there again if returning to Bangkok. We stayed here 3 nights and on 3 different occasions were upcharged at their bars/restuarants. All but the last time it took a day to noticed when we looked at the menus and realized we had not been charged accurately. We got a dirty stained towel one day and on the last day ran out of toilet paper. Walked down to the desk to ask for more and they told us it'd be there when we went up. After 2 hours we had to check out and still had not recived toilet paper.

Great property close to MBK shopping mall and there is 6-8 floors of shopping right underneath the hotel. Great food and clean rooms and friendly staff. Only negative thing is the place is starting to show it age but very nice still

Not good for disabled or vegan.
When we got there the front entrance very welcoming but only stairs and a steep ramp with no railings. When we checked in we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite but the shower is a high tub with no grab handle for a disabled person can grab on too. We asked if there was a walk in shower and front desk lady said all the rooms in the hotel are the same. The next day we asked a lady in a black suit which could be the manager she said they have a handicapp room in the A tower but not till the next day. Some staff are friendly others not we ate at the pool side bar and my husband is vegan we asked and we were told no but to go to other restaurant called the prince cafe where they do offer vegan option. The in room dining was okay service due to language barrier they are nkt accomodating when it comes to vegan guests. Overall okay if you are not disabled or vegan guest.
