The Scarlet Restaurant was beyond exceptional! The truffle mac and cheese was in a category by itself when compared with any other mac and cheese we have ever tasted! Every dish was excellent, and the French onion soup was certainly in competition for the most delicious we ever had. All the staff were polite, friendly and kind. It is family friendly, but was quiet. We had great sleep. We will return at the first opportunity.

I was really happy to stay there for a few days. However sometimes new water bottles and towels were not supplied after bed making. Hopefully the procedure will be improved for this matter. Other than that, everything is nice. Staffs are so friendly and helpful.

This will be the only property I will stay at when I visit Bangkok. The location is exceptional. The beds are the most comfy I have ever experienced in Thailand. The views from the room and uncrowded pool are amazing. Food and drink, although a little pricey, are wonderful. Best of all, I love the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. I’m a bathtub guy, Thailand is not a bathtub country, and the bathroom is spectacular.

Great location
This hotel is very well located and the staff is excellent The room was quite spacious but a little dated. The staff was kind enough to give this a high room with a great view so all in all it had a wonderful stay would definitely come again

I have stayed at a number of different properties over the years in Bangkok. I thought this was an excellent hotel. Hip vibes. Good location. Amazing breakfast. Cool pool....although very small.

This hotel is entirely style over substance. Checkin took an age, hotel was tatty, white minimalism only works if you repaint it once in a while. Not recommended and a real shame as other Pullman we stayed in was almost the opposite.

Great location
Loved the location and proximity to transport solutions. I stayed on the side with the train line and I could hear the trains passsing by from time to time. Luckily, they stopped during the night. TV was an old model, so no Netflix. Breakfast was good, although a bit crowded but they always moved fast. Overall worth it!
