Everyone was really nice. My room was cleaned and restocked daily. The gym was clean and offered a great place to work out. The pool was nice, with clean towels, and never crowded. Overall, a great place to stay!

Our first room was well worn with damage present on head board and desk. window view was poor as it looked onto another wing of hotel that had badly cracked paint - and poor maintenance - looked horrible and room lacked privacy. - the room was well below the standard we are used to at raddison blue - thank goodness we were able to relocate to another room where everything was perfect. Pool area great, reception area excellent. Reasonable close to Asoke

It’s a very nice property and the location is great. Our room was clean and the breakfast is wonderful with many different options. However, the service we experienced was below average. After two weeks in Thailand, our last night before catching our flight back home was not great. I asked the gentleman at the Front Desk if he could please call Housekeeping and send an extra blanket for my 11 year old. That was before dinner. We come back late for dinner, and there was no blanket. I called the FD again and it was sent right away. So, I thought, no big deal. The following morning we go to breakfast and the lady who sat us took our order for 2 lattes that never came. We are almost done with breakfast, and they arrived extremely cold (they probably sat somewhere and they were not brought to us). We took both lattes back to the barista and we thought he understood the situation. We waited and waited and since nothing happened I went back and asked him. He said he already sent them to our table. So, I pointed at him our table with no lattes and still no reaction. After I complained to the ladies who were sitting people, we finally got ours. At that time, I didn’t even feel like being there anymore. Just very bad service!

The first day we checked in, they randomly gave us a handicap room. The reason I booked this hotel was because of their bathtub. They told me there's nothing they can do about it because they were 100% full. Luckily we changed to another room the next night. And no, no upgrades or anything, no apologies, nothing. Front desk service is not the best ever. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that it is convenient in terms of location and they give free welcome drink in the lobby. The concierge was helpful. The bad thing was, the quality of the linens, there are holes in them. First night, our room had a small cockroach-like bug that I only discovered in the morning the next day. When I told the front desk about it, they didn't seem to be surprised. The water bottle were complimentary, but it seemed quite dirty to be honest. I was there to celebrate my birthday, but of course, don't expect anything from the hotel at all. The price of the hotel is good, but quality matches what you paid for. I don't think I would want to come back to this hotel when I visit Bangkok again. Maybe I'll try the Carlton hotel next door.

Location is great, it has a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel is nice and quiet. The staffs are very nice and welcoming. Eventhough we didnt get to a good start (the AC is not working so I have to ask them to send someone to fix it). And after couple of attempts including frustrations of going back and fort to the lobby, we were eventually moved to another room. This one is much better and more spacious. They were able to add another bed and still there's room to walk around. Because our schedule was so packed, we were not able to enjoy some of their amenities (pool). It looks very inviting and well maintained.

Property is in an unassuming corner but in reality once inside you feel like being in an oasis as it’s very quiet and pleasant away from the bussling traffic of Bangkok . Rooms are very big and comfortable and showers are comfortable and great water pressure . Will return
