Had to change rooms and even the next room given to us had multiple leaks that started leaking at 3AM and we couldn’t sleep because of having to put a bucket on the floor to try to catch the leak in the middle of the night. We had to keep the lights on because of worrying about tripping on the bucket used to catch the water coming through the ceiling. What a mess

Valuable hotel
Nice hotel, full value for the money. Great stuff, rich breakfast, clean room, the area around offers great opportunities like restaurants, massages, coffe shops. Its a bit far from the center ( long drive- the city always jammed), the hotel is a little outdated.

Great stay and service. Aged property but they are renovating very nicely. I stayed at the 25th floor. Had issues with the shower hot and cold water mixer. It would suddenly turn scorching hot even when turned to cold. Got burnt a few times. I complained and they attempted to fix it, but it was still bad.

Rembrandt is in disrepair
I always stay at the Rembrandt when I am in Bangkok but never again. My room was horrible and did not look like the Supreme king I booked online. The TV was on the side of the bed and almost impossible to watch comfortably. I only had 2 bath towels that were old and torn. I had no hand towels or wash clothes. The end tables were tiny. All the furniture looked like it belonged in a landfill. The pillow cases were stained. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the ceiling was dirty. I will never stay at this hotel again and already canceled my next stay.
