Beautiful room and hotel decor with great lighting. Excellent staff for housekeeping and front desk, first floor staff. Hospitality for New Year teas was wonderful. Only minus are no window in room and lack of soundproofing for live music.

Excellent service on very staff level. But the room that I’m in doesn’t function well. room is very big, spacious and clean. But nothing is function right. Sofa is just more for displace, can’t seat because no cushions. Bed has no head broad to lean back. Only one way to get on the bed. Bathroom is big but towels rack is not next to the shower, it way out in far corner

Fantastic experience
Room was as advertised, bed comfortable, and room was very cold. Great location in Chinatown, I could walk to almost anything I wanted. Bathroom a bit small but overall would stay again!

Location was good, easy to find public transport. Great night life. Nice bar with live jazz music music downstairs. Once in your room you cannot hear the chaotic buzz of chinatown, very peaceful. Lovely stay.

The perfect place to stay
Unique boutique hotel in a fabulous location in the heart of Chinatown. Very unusual and beautifully styled with an old world decadent feel. 5 minute walk to Metro. Incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful staff. A lot of luxury for a little price.

We recently stayed at Shanghai Mansion for 4 nights. It was a very unique experience in the heart of Chinatown, Bangkok. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size. Comfortable bed. Convenient to have a small fridge for drinks and fruit. Kettle for morning tea and coffee. In room safe. Easy walking distance to street food vendors. Lots of transportation options to get to the city highlights. Felt safe. Would definitely recommend this Hotel for a stay in Chinatown.

I stayed at shanghai mansion sep 9-16. The staff was wonderful i love the breakfast buffet 😋. They celebrated my birthday 2 days before my actual birthday i really appreciated that especially given on my actual birthday i was under the weather me and my husband we weren't feeling so well. The hotel was clean love the bar/restaurant and live music every night i only went one which was nice but walk by every night . I would definitely go back to shanghai mansion to stay 💯
