Relaxing Stay
Hotel is very convenient and very near to Terminal 21 shipping mall and Bangkok public transport BTS and MRT. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Swimmimg pool is rather small. Breakfast selection is good, love their crispy bacon. Room is clean and of descent size Hotel had very nice decoration during Halloween period

Rooms don’t match the photos. The pool is super small. No hot tub. Middle of the night tv would turn on from other rooms trying to connect music to it. Had to ask to clean the room. It smelled.

Choose somewhere else
No air-conditioning in the lifts or hallways, rooms are hot stuffy and dirty, the couches were stained with food that we were able to clean off ourselves. Big cockroaches in the rooms and bathrooms, only one remote control. There is a big industrial fan noise at the front of the building that goes all night, making it impossible to sleep, so we have changed hotels. The view at breakfast was nice, however the selection at breakfast was minimal and not stocked often enough. Location is very central
