I was ungraded to a suite. Amazing. Spacious and clean in the heart of Bangkok. There is a complementary Fitness First gym on the 4th floor via a separate lift. As an upgraded lounge member I had access to the 31st floor for happy hour with snacks and complimentary breakfast. Also 2 free laundry items per day. An amazing stay with dedicated, friendly staff. Property was clean, well maintained, had the best breakfast buffett with plenty of food options, including vegetarian options. Our room was very nice and neat with a mini bar. Every staff member was polite and friendly! Excellent location with walking distance to the train system, cab rides, plenty of food and shopping options. Definitely, can't go wrong with Landmark!!! We would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we arrived all of the staff were welcoming and. Helpful. We enjoyed our time at the spa, breakfast, and bar. Room service was great too. Room was spacious and water pressure was excellent. Great amenities. We loved the location to the train. Had a small hiccup with our driver for the day, but i think it was mainly due to the language. Overall we had a wonderful experience
