Fantastic hotel with great location. The staff were amazing, from the general manager who always was around to check on our family to the front staff to the cleaners. My daughter fell ill and the hotel organised a doctor but also regularly checked up on to ensure that all was well. Will definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful experience. Staff were amazing, so helpful and warm. Room was perfect and comfortable. Location, just a stones throw from their monorail, shopping and restaurants. Will be back when I’m next in Bangkok.

The Okura team were all very knowledgeable and super helpful. The rooms were good size but some parts you can tell is a little old and worn. Good selection of international breakfast., didn't have time to try the traditional Japanese breakfast. WiFi can be a little spotty. Beautiful swimming pool. Great location as it right next to an BTS skyline station. Highly recommend

A great stay in Bangkok!
The hotel staff’s service, the amenities, the location and the breakfast buffet make this hotel an absolute must for visitors. It was our first time to Bangkok and we are so glad we found this place on hotels.com. The weight room, outdoor pool, sauna and steam room were all excellent. The hotel staff was incredible, extremely responsive. The hotel is in a great location, literally across the street from a giant shopping mall, a close walk to the US Embassy, and a nice walk to one of the bigger parks in Bangkok. Highly recommend!
