GM Mr Hammer leads by example and can be regularly seen around the hotel including clearing tables like any of his other team members. After a slight hiccup I was upgraded to a much nicer room due to several issues with the first room. Hotel is getting a tad tired and the lounge food and drinks would benefit from an upgrade; or at least a new menu after 3 years of the same offerings. Location wise the hotel cannot be faulted in anyway.

Comfortable stay at the okura
An excellent stay. The room was very confortable, spacious, and quiet. The blackout curtains work well to keep the room dark in the morning, and the shower pressure was very good. We had a little problem with the aircon, and I commented on the hotel.com check in feedback form, intending to ask the front desk for help when I headed out, but amazingly, the technician was at the door within 20 min, and managed to adjust the room temperature to a cooler setting for us. I was really impressed with the speed of response. They offer a turn down service, and the signature orizurus were a really nice touch. The pool was spectacular, and there was both a steam room and a dry sauna. The gym looks well equipped although I did not use it. The hotel is well located, connected to phloen chit bts via a walkway (exit 2). I will come back again.

Very good value for money luxury hotel.
the hotel is near a mall, has access to groceries, food court, shopping. Restaurant options near the area are a bit limited. (But again ,there is the food court) . The hotel breakfast offer is excellent. Very good quality despite it being a buffet. The rooms are spacious. Service is very good. I asked for a baby cot and the a full set of baby "equipment" came with it. Including bottle steamer.

Muy buen hotel en zona muy seguras
Lo bueno: Excelente atención del personal de recepción, respondieron todas mis inquietudes y solucionaron todos mis problemas. Muy limpio todo y el servicio de limpieza de la habitación perfecto. Me dejaban frutas todos los días, botellas de agua gratis y el frigobar libre para bebidas sin alcohol. Además podía mandar a lavar dos prendas de ropa sin costo por día. Hay un 7-11 en el primer piso y centros comerciales a distancia caminable. Lo que no me gusto. El agua caliente de la ducha, subía repentinamente de temperatura y me quemó un par de veces. En la habitación no habían cargadores para cel en los veladores. El wifi un tanto lento El desayuno, estaba bien, pero solo te puedes tomar un café, si quieres un segundo se demoran mucho en traerlo. Me tuve que ir antes que llegara el segundo vaso. El diseño del hotel hace que el Lobby esté en el piso 24 y debas hacer transbordo de ascensor. En general un hotel muy recomendable, más para viajes de negocio que familiares.
