Good place to stay for a transit hotel to airport. Safe and efficient service. Very convenient with ahuttle to/from airport. Only recommendation is to add that on arrival to look for hotel airport rep at gate 4 for shuttle transfer. This piece of info is missing in your letter.

Amazing hotel, very modern and very luxurious. The staff are fast, kind and friendly. The room was amazing, best waterfall shower I’ve ever used. Very quiet and located close to everything you’d ever need. I will definitely be returning.

Offered a shuttle to a from the airport, only a 15 minute journey, so that was great. Breakfast was good, with some pastries and western food, but also local food.

Breakfast was very good for what we paid to include during booking. The restaurant was more of a fine dining, experience atmosphere which we love, and the service was excellent. We ate there most of our stay and enjoyed the food quality and the ambiance. The towels, the beddings and the blankets are tired and can use upgrades and more luxurious materials and fabrics. This gets only 2 Stars for this part, disappointed for the cost of what we paid. The blanket was so thin, we asked for additional blanket, which they accommodated. The A/C was difficult to stabilize, very different temperatures between only one number difference to either super humid or cold. There was no specific option to control the level of humidity. We didn’t have issues in other other hotels in Thailand. Overall, we would consider staying there again if they lower the price because the staff at the front desk, restaurant service and food, and the room cleaning staff were just wonderful. They got our Thumbs Up!

If the shuttle from airport to hotel will be a long wait (I was told a 30 minute wait) I recommend to take a taxi instead. Great property, room, and room service.

The Hotel is near the Airport, it runs a great free shuttle bus to a schedule, pick up at level 2 gate 4 arrivals and drop offs same at departures. The staff are exceptional from the driver to the porter( Piak) could do enough for you. The rooms are well presented and quite spacious, and the bed extremely comfortable with fully functional air con. There is a supermarket 5 mins walk , and a shopping mall across the road if you have a few hours. Traffic is minimal compared to Bkk. Great for an overnight or even two day stay with the airport train service to Bkk. Didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked pretty good.

First time we have stayed at this Hotel having stayed in several other airport hotels around the area previously. The Park 9 Hotel outshines all others, clean, freindly and courteous staff, excellant dining options, and close to the Robinson Mall for shopping. Great pool, gym and sauna facilites. Will be staying again.

The hotel and staff are great. I just had a problem of the shuttle from BKK airport to the hotel. The person who should have greeted me wasn't there, so I still called the office. And I know that'll be long distance charge on my phone bill. That was my only concern. Over all everything is great and the staff in the hotel are superb!
