We stayed on New Years Eve so we could see the fireworks on the Chao Praya River. The hotel grounds were clean and nice. The staff were nice and attentive. Special thanks to Hilly's Restaurant Manager, Chor, who made our visit memorable. Also, Jake, waiter at Hilly;s was very kind. Our check in experience was terrific with help of front desk clerk, Fiona. She upgraded our room to a river view. The room was an upgrade as well, but we did not like the odor coming from bathroom and the shower was not so good.

Lovely hotel by the river
Really lovely hotel with lovely staff. Room was clean and nice layout with balcony and the pool area was stunning. A strange location which makes most things hard to get to, apart from ICON Siam which is 5 min walk.

Hotel room design is very strange , the hotel door can’t be totally opened . Shower area stucking and water can’t be flush out ( and finally we found out that they place a block at the pipe which make water can’t be released, the reason we guess is save water) but it make the showroom slippery! TV signal is bad , the channel selection is very limited ( mostly are Thai language channel ) and it’s weird to foreigners . Part of staff is unfriendly , even didn’t help girls to place suitcase to car ( I guess they thought we didn’t pay tips) . We stay this hotel for 8 days and the experience is not good . I won’t recommend this hotel to my friend and family , and I won’t book the Quarter group hotel anymore.

Enjoyed my entire stay, rooms were lovely, clean. Pool was beautiful, large and clean. Breakfast had something for everyone. Entire property had many spaces to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Wish I could have stayed longer.

I love this hotel and was one of the first people in it the week it opened. I have been around 10 times since! The location is amazing, sheets and rooms excellent, design wonderful, staff lovely. My only recommendation to Chapter is, make a comments section on your checkin for staff to know if the client is a return customer and offer loyalty benefits to people who have stayed with you many times before. The hotel is not full and you could have upgraded my room for the 15 Dec checkin to a river view. Other than that, you are all wonderful!

Overall experience was great. King sized bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning was cool and quiet which we loved it! Spa in facilities was very convenient. Internet was quite slow, and connection was not steady. Some items in the bathroom were broken.

Great river view, close to iconsiam, however the bed was absolutely awful and housekeeping appears to have stolen a brand new dress my wife had purchased the day before. Signs say they arent responsible so nothing was done. Other then that the grounds was great, pool fun, everything was nice but the bed was a killer.
