Ideal location for nightlife-amateurs, because right next to Patpong. Rooftop-garden is amazingly quiet and relaxing. Rooms are convenient and clean. Reception-employee was none too friendly and even managed to send me to the wrong busstation. Luckily I double-checked and avoided a very costly mistake. There's always an older gentleman present who is eager to carry your luggage even for only 5 meters and expects a handsome tip doing so.

We had never been to Bangkok on vacation so we were delighted with our choice of the Siam Heritage. From check in to check out it was fantastic. We loved the location and had great food options nearby. Easy walk to Limphu Park for some exercise and an easy cab ride to everywhere else. I would definitely go back. Since we were there for five nights the extra we paid to get the upgraded suite was totally worth it. Thanks Team Siam Heritage!!

There are no real windows to see outside. The male boss or male service staff at the front desk are as stiff as zombies. This place is extremely unsafe. The restaurant staff are warm and friendly. Advice: Don't live here if you want to leave Bangkok alive

This hotel is terrible, the food is not hygienic, the service attitude is stiff, and they don't care about your existence. No matter how you ask how to get to the park? Where is the store? They will tell you that they don't know! The waiter in the restaurant is very enthusiastic, thanks to the waiter in the restaurant. I suggest that you don't stay here, it's very dangerous. And be careful with everything you bring with you.

Hotel room was large. Kitchen area had a medium sized refrigerator, a stove,and bowls, plates, cups, utensils, etc. There is a small round table for 2 to eat at. Living room had tv and couch. Bathroom had a shower and separate bathtub which was nice. The bedroom had a comfortable, firm bed and tv. The property had 2 small pools and a small excersize room on top floor. Hotel is decorated with traditional items that gives the place a feeling of being in another world. However, property and rooms are old and could use some work. Convenient and walkable to get a massage, go to night market, Lumphini park, subway, 7-11, etc. Staff were very nice.

The best part of The Siam Heritage are the staff. Mr.Chalomh or เฉลิม at the hotel entrance is so kind. He greeted 5 of my friends and I with the most sincere smile every time. We love him. The hotel is very beautiful decorated. Our room AC was not working well so I asked for the fan and it’s perfect. We will definitely be back. Thank you.
