Clean and comfy hostel near to Ari BTS
Although its a hostel, the accommodation is really clean and well-kept. They washed the bathrooms and throw out the trash everyday unlike some hostels that I have been to. Love their breakfast with toasted thick toast and yogurt. I actually asked for a second helping on the remaining 3 days of my stay. They have nice hammocks, bean bags on level 1 for chilling and a nice air-conditioned room for playing games or watching tv on second level. The accommodation is container style and hence, at times, you'll hear heavy footsteps on the metal flooring. It is pretty close to the Ari BTS, which is about 8 to 10 minutes of walk.

Stay in this Cute Hostel
We got a room/loft with a private bath ... nice and clean. Breakfast was good. It was also a good time to meet other guests from other countries. Staff were helpful. Our emails were answered promptly which helped us sort logistics. Location quite accessible. We would stay here again.

Great staff, great location, a bit stuffy
Staff was great and the room was clean but because the bed was near the ceiling it got very hot during the day even with the AC. Also for some reason the room smelt a bit like the sewers for a couple days.

Our first hostel experience and we loved it. I was I afraid everyone might be younger and wild, but it’s a ride age group mix. Great way to meet people, or do your own thing. Thank you for having us Yard family!

Special Place!
This was one of my all-time favorite hostels - and I stay at many! As soon as you enter The Yard, you are welcomed as family. There is such a sense of community; everyone having breakfast or beers in the yard, laying on the hammock, taking the free yoga class. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well laid out. I loved the indoor/outdoor vibe. Great AC in the rooms. Loved how environmentally-friendly they are as well. Fell in love with the Ari neighborhood! Be among real locals and also many cutesy coffee shops and even rooftop bars within walking distance. Free bikes to borrow to explore. My only complaint was that my stay was too short! I will definitely stay again next time I visit SE Asia.

This was our second time staying at The Yard and it was as great as we remembered! Good location, clean rooms & bathrooms, comfy beds, and delicious breakfast. Definitely recommend it!

I stayed at the yard when passing through Bangkok and now recommend it to anyone planning on visiting the city. Check in was easy (even at 2 am!), the beds are extremely comfortable, the bathrooms are great, and the staff are lovely. Looking forward to my next stay!

Close to the BTS
Great home garden feel in a quiet neighbourhood!! It's a minute walk out to the main road with lots of coffee shops and convenient stores within walking distance. Washrooms were spacious enough and everything was very clean. They also serve free breakfast! Thanks Mr Turtle!

Great place
Nothing to complain about here, near to station (Ari) so easy to get to and from town. Great staff, cool place, quiet but social so very easy to meet people. Bar is cheap and good for a bit of preing for the town and meeting people. Good for people who aren't obsessed with Koh San Road, but still cheap to get back at night etc.

My go to place to stay in Bangkok
I've stayed here on 3 separate occasions and have loved every moment spent at the yard! I keep coming back despite the billions of possible accommodation choices in the city. It's clean, friendly, has a great atmosphere, and is in an ideal location for me. No complaints
