We were pleased.
The hotel is newer and a great style. Great pool and lobby area. Great room design and layout that you don’t have to step over the suitcase all the time. The staff were amazing. They NEED to upgrade their WIFI! There are are boats to get you to the other side of the river.

This hotel is so nice and definitely a hidden gem. Wonderful facilities, the best buffet breakfast, and beautiful views from the restaurant. It's a very quiet area and staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night with a taxi, and didn't have enough cash on us to pay the driver, but the young man working at the reception helped us out but walking us to the nearest ATM. Would definitely recommend, it's very close to the ferry warf as well.

This was our first time to Bangkok. I liked how the hotel was located so close to the river and boat transport. We could see and access the temples, while staying in a quiet and relaxing location. There is a market very close by (walkable) for eating and shopping. Breakfast at the hotel was very good.

We liked the location for easily accessing the river and boats for crossing the river. You may enjoy breakfast sitting at a table along the river! There is an extensive market within a short walk of the property. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location.
Great location for visiting Grand Palace. Loved breakfast on the river. A quiet oasis in a busy city! Rooms were lovely, clean and those riverside had amazing nighttime views of the Palace.

Fantastic staff who are friendly and helpful. They also have a tuk tuk that they can bring you to the main road or 7-11 at the main road. Spacious room, artistically decorated compound. Sumptuous breakfast.

We were taken to the Fourth Floor on the River view side. The room surely shows River, but it looks 5th floor offers far better view. Probably I should have paid more for a room. Staff are all polite. Breakfast was delicious and had wide variety. I will, however, try to find a better River-view hotel next time, although this hotel itself is worth revisiting.

The hotel lobby and salt water pool were delightful. However the lighting in the rooms was poor; no good lights around the bed for reading. Particularly extremely poor lighting in the bathroom. The only mirror was-above the sink and lighting was very dim and impossible to use for close viewing. Bathroom could use more towel hooks.

Very nice hotel in quiet area. Very convenient for getting about by ferry, less convenient for train stations. good buffet breakfast. Very helpful, friendly staff. Restaurant has lovely riverside views.
