The customer service at this hotel was excellent. They arranged for cake and flowers to be sent to our room to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was amazing! The only complaints I have is that the elevators were slow and you have to wear closed shoes to the Club lounge, which I think is unnecessary.

I have stayed at Lebua twice already because I love the service, the staff, and the views! Each room has a balcony and you can be out there for hours admiring the city of Bangkok. The hotel has many bars and restaurants. We dined at Chef’s Table for our wedding anniversary and it was the BEST dining experience of our lives. It was so romantic and the staff paid attention to every detail. We were definitely treated like VIP guests. It was very memorable and special. The rooms were so spacious and very well maintained. The white marble in the bathrooms is gorgeous. The view from the balconies is what sells me each time. You can’t get a better view of the city. Also, we did the High Tea and it was so pleasant! It was nice to take the time to enjoy tea in the middle of the day. We were so busy being tourists that it’s nice to make time to just chill at the resort for a few hours. I would highly recommend the roof top bars. Although the drinks are expensive you just can’t beat that view. I would go back a third time. It’s one of my favorite places in Bangkok.

Tower club at Lebua was a great experience. The mozu and breeze are brilliant for all day dining. The balcony has great views of the city. The only suggestion would be the property could do a little bit more to be child friendly with perhaps a kids area.

The hotel has no changing room / shower facilities nor sauna/steam. Fitness outdated. The hotel in general feels old. The shopping mall in the building is 80./. empty. The breakfast room was full of pigeons. You could not go and refill your coffee without birds sitting on your plate. Could be fixed w spikes or a thread on the top of the wall where they sat waiting. Staff not interested in hearing about the problem/solution. Rather disgusting
