It’s not the Ritz Hotel you know !
We were met and taken to the hotel. The receptionist did not engage with us as much as she did with her coworker. The room was large, all very simple but the air conditioning was not great and very loud, the shower was either very hot or very cold, inevitably the aircraft fly over but fine for one nights stay. I’ve travelled for many years and I have NEVER been asked for a tip. The porter took our bags on a trolley and showed us to the room. Pointed out tea, coffee, wifi & handed over the key & asked ten actually asked us for a tip!! Something I have never experienced before. We booked the transfer back to the airport the next morning & that was swift. Over all an average airport hotel

Airport transportation to the hotel was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean but furnishings are not maintained. Bed was a little firm but comfortable. But sink and shower drain very slowly, couldn't finish my shower without the backed up water flowing onto the main bathroom floor. Breakfast was decent... I booked my room based on the reviews and photos... Nether were accurate in my opinion...

If you’re on a budget. This hotel is for you.
Pictures of “rooms” do not match online photos. If you are looking for a cheap hotel, and expect to get what you pay for. This hotel will suit your needs. If your expect a nice room to reflect the photos. Look elsewhere! Shower water constantly fluctuates between hot and cold while in use. No headboard on bed. Just pillows up against the wall. AC unit has some kind of drip pan in room. So the constant sound of water dripping while unit is running. No sheer curtain. So the only option is blackout curtain closed. Or open, which allows poolside guests to see directly into room. Not to mention the bathroom has glass walls, not your traditional drywall.

The hotel is near the airport-BKK airport- and has a shuttle to pick you up and drop you off as well. It is located on a side street that has a mix of housing, hotels, businesses but not much more. The food is quite good and reasonably priced. There is a bar for adult beverages as well as drinks for the younger members in your group. Room was nice, separate shower and tub, refrigerator, a safe and a decent bed. There is a 7-eleven at the main street, short walk- convenient.

Stayed here twice and is conveniently close to the Bangkok BKK airport and they proved a shuttle to and from for 80 baht per person and leaves from the hotel every hour.. Nice fresh water pool and area.. limited seating mindyou.. Overall enjoyed the stay for the 2 nights.. Nice little Thai restaurant at the end of the street the hotel is on and only a 4 minutes walk..

Hotel was fine for the cost except had to pay 160 baht each way from the airport which I though was included.. relatively close to the airport and shuttle did work out fine.. Bathroom shower didn’t drain but other than that overall was fine for the night..

The room felt really big and empty the bathroom was very dirty, rust and water damage everywhere in the bathroom, chipped floors and paint in the bathroom. Its a cheap place to stay for one night if you’re flying in really late or early and still waiting for your other accommodation to be available but other than that would not stay long term. Oh bed felt like cardboard also.
