Our room needed a deep cleaning. I’m Or a complainer and have not left a negative review for a long long time. I’ll put up with quite a bit before I say anything. Wood trim under AC/Heater unit had so much dust it left a huge trail behind my finger. It was in plain sight. pulled the curtain back looking for a 110 volt plug in. Found mold on the wall. I took pics.

Clean, well appointed hotel. Beds were adequate. Plane noise was a definite drawback and interfered with sleep. The location was super convenient for a show at Cross Insurance Center

We loved the hotel! Friendly staff- very clean and comfortable rooms. * my issue was that I had this trip planned with my grandkids as an early Christmas present- the big attraction was the pool. It was closed for maintenance. That’s fine- BUT, we should have been told BEFORE we got there with the option for a refund.

Close to everything and easy to get to
We were in town for a sporting event. Location was perfect, property was clean and easy to navigate. Breakfast was pleasant. Available snack variety cured our late night cravings. A very nice overall experience.

Our room was a king bed it was very comfortable the pulliqd were puffy and comfortable too! Our room was very clean smelled clean The shower was nice and had water pressure. It was nice to watch our netflix on the tv. The staff was nice. I would definitely stay again!!
