Our room needed a deep cleaning. I’m Or a complainer and have not left a negative review for a long long time. I’ll put up with quite a bit before I say anything. Wood trim under AC/Heater unit had so much dust it left a huge trail behind my finger. It was in plain sight. pulled the curtain back looking for a 110 volt plug in. Found mold on the wall. I took pics.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was just right, room was clean, and the bed and pillows gave us the rest we needed.

The place needs to be renovated so bad! It was dirty in the foyer and in our room! I would never stay again nor do I recommend this place. Our bedding had some nasty stuff on it and the curtains were so gross!

When we went to check in, there had just been a main water break in the hotel…not their fault, of course. We were advised to go next door to the Howard Johnson Hotel…we did and stayed there (and paid them). We were advised by Fairfield Inn that we would be reimbursed our full (pre-paid) fee for the room we couldn’t use there (no water!). I’m staying positive that our $200.+ will be refunded promptly.

Everyone was so great at the property. And the selections for breakfast was great as well. The only thing that I have to say about the property that's I guess not negative, but for me I didn't like that. The air conditioner did not go below 66

Staff were super helpful; they graciously booked an additional night for me. The breakfast bar was well stocked, the lady managing it was very friendly! The space is confined & needs to be spread out a little more.
