The hotel is nice. Check in was a mess. Very confusing where to go. Went to an event at the cross center and we had to go thru the casino to get on that side of the hotel. Set up could be better.

There was an issue with the heat, same as last time I stayed. It’s almost like they don’t heat certain floors and there’s no heat until you call the lobby more than once to complain.

Staff there are amazing. Check in flawless. Room was very nice except one important thing. HEAT. First night I called front desk. The lady instructed me on how to "reboot" the heater. Well, That worked until it didn't. Next reboot only blew cold air. Next morning I went to the front desk. Explained the situation. Was given a different room then doors down. problem solved. Not so much. Heater had to be "rebooted". It worked fine until about 2AM. I woke up freezing. I have seen property reviews from the summer months about the AC not working. It's the same unit. I guess they are choosing not to fix the problem. I would not recommend staying there.

First stay. Unimpressed with the deluxe king room and the room service. No microwave to heat our leftovers from dinner. Called front desk for room service and was denied on two different occasions. I’ve stayed at average motels that had way more amenities, including free breakfast. Don’t plan to book again.

Had to move rooms at midnight because heater wasn’t working and I called down about 11:30 complaining they said maintenance would take care of it had to call again 30 mins later cause room was very cold and to find out maintenance forgot to look into it. Had to move to another floor to top it off in middle of the night.
