The room the 1st 2 nights was terrible. It had a terrible odor, filthy carpet and a tub faucet that nearly didn't work. Other tennants were very noisy and the building had what appeared to be many homeless people living there. The 3rd night we were moved to a different building which was nice. On the second night we also had a woman run after a man down the hall with her pants below her butt with her butt and underwear completely exposed. The building you show all tge pictures of is good and ckean the other building is horrible and stinks and is the worst i ever stayed in

We had a horrible room for the first 2 night then they got us a nice room for the 3rd night. The main building is not good. Do not stay in it. Building 2 is real nice. The 1st room had a bad odor in it. The tub faucets barely worked. The carpets were filthy. The rooms around us were very noisy and there were many people in it that appeared to be homeless. Tge one night a woman chased a guy down the hall with her pants undone down below her butt with butt crack and underwear fully exposed. Horrible!! All the photos you show are of the clean building and clean nice rooms. Was the worst room i ever stayed in.

You get what you pay for. It served my purpose for the night, but there was some weirdness. The TV only had like 12 channels that worked. No biggie. But the shower was horrible. Lukewarm water for maybe 2 minutes, then ice cold.

It was filthy and extremely run down. The air conditioner had bare wires on the power cord. The bathroom had mold everywhere. The ceiling tiles were dirty and moldy. There were broken floor tiles which were not only unsightly but sharp as well. The carpet had stains everywhere. I would not recommend this place at all and will never stay at vacationland inns again.

After reading many negative reviews like most other guests, I have gathered some thoughts of my own. You get what you’re paying for. Most other local motels/hotels are often times double or more cost wise what you’re paying to stay here. The property from the outside looks cozy. Staff was very kind. Once you step inside it’s clear it’s an older building that could use some renovations. The room I had was difficult to locate as there isn’t clear signage of room locations besides a print out upon check-in which is hard to follow. After some uncertainty, I called in and the front desk employee was very willing to assist in locating my room. Safe to say I did not have a single pest issue while staying there and this was my biggest concern. The room was outdated but as clean as it could be. The bathroom could use some touch ups as the sealant was quite messy to the eye. The room had a modern TV, Fridge and Microwave. My biggest complaint would be, coming from someone with asthma, I was very disappointed to enter the 2nd floor and smell cigarette smoke heavily. The Inn preaches no smoking indoors of any fashion, but it’s clear others don’t respect this. It caused some significant wheezing throughout the night, and a good nights rest was difficult because people treat the main road out front like Speedway 95. This isn’t a fault of the Inn, just simply due to the location. If anyone is looking for a reasonably priced Inn without high expectations. This is for you.

Confusing check in. Told to park under the bay window there wasnt a bay window. Trouble finding our room. Sign on the bathroom mirror saying there was a 20-minute wait for hot water. There wasnt any water when the shower taps were turned on. Black mould all around the tile in the tub. Ripped linens. Dirty bedspreads. I used a towel for a blanket. Smelled like vomit. I told the person on the desk in the morning she said she someone woukd be sent right away to fix it, and the room would not be rented out. Compensation would be appreciated.
