Welcome to Creekside on Sugar!

This charming home in Sugar Mountain is ready to welcome your family for a mountain retreat. The home is comfortable enough to feel like home, but with the upgrades to create memories with family. The living room is spacious with a new 75" TV, gas fireplace, and oversized leather section for movies or streaming your favorite shows on the RokuTV. Nearby, the kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and both a Keurig and standard coffeepots. You'll find two dining tables, one for eight guests, and a second for four. Both double for family board games. The main level also has the primary bedroom with king sized bed with leather headboard, desk, and private bath with granite counters and a spacious shower.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a king bed and TV. Between them is a full bathroom with separate powder rooms for privacy. Head downstairs to find the game room ready with pool table, sofa, and TV. There are two additional bedrooms downstairs - a queen bedroom with a smart TV, and a bunk room with twin over twin and twin over full bunks that has a tv with Roku stick. .

On the main level deck, there are matching wooden gliders and picnic table, a hot tub, and a gas firetable with seasonal mountain views. The deck has a boardwalk leading towards the on-property creek. Between the boardwalk and creek is a rustic firepit for guests. On the front porch, you may enter the home with 4 steps or by taking the ramp. A gas grill is here near the kitchen to cook up your favorite steak or veggies!

Additional Notes:
- This home allows up to 2 dogs, 40lbs each, for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- Creekside on Sugar has one mini-split installed in the living room on the main level for cooling.
- Firewood for the rustic outdoor firepit may be ordered at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You'll receive two kiln-dried, wrapped packs and a firestarter for $25/night each.
- The town of Sugar Mountain requires 4WD/AWD or chains in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
