Located less than five minutes from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and Sugar Mountain Public Golf Course, this four-bedroom cabin is an ideal home for a year-round mountain getaway. Sugar Mountain is a true tourist destination with local dining, shopping, and parks. Enjoy fresh mountain air riding on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Hikers of varying skill levels will enjoy the outdoors by hiking on one of the trails off the Parkway. Grandfather Mountain and the famous Mile-High Bridge are only seven miles away, where guests of all ages can enjoy the hiking trails and wildlife exhibits. Downtown Banner Elk, home to Lees-theMcRae College, is a seven-minute drive with local shopping and dining. Banner Elk Winery and Grandfather Vineyard and Winery are both about six miles from The Village of Sugar Mountain.

Grand View is a newly renovated single-level home with high ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors that flow seamlessly throughout the home. The spacious family room has vaulted ceilings and exposed wood and metal beams, adding a modern touch. Curl up on the sectional and relax in the crackling warmth of a wood-burning fireplace after a day on the slopes or hiking a favorite trail. The wall of windows warms the room with natural light and frames the breathtaking mountain views. The chef's kitchen has a gas stove, ample cabinet space, and quartz countertops for all your cooking needs. A large island with seating for four is the perfect place for friends to gather and play a game. The partially covered back deck spans the length of the home and has access from the dining area and all four bedrooms. Grill steaks and veggies for dinner on the charcoal grill, enjoy your morning coffee or soak in the hot tub and marvel at the year-round views.

Grand View can accommodate up to ten guests in two bedroom suites and two bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has high ceilings, a king bed, and access to the deck. The custom private bathroom features a large soaker tub, a level-entry shower, and double vanities. The second suite also has a king bed, a private bathroom with a step-in shower, and access to the back deck. The queen bedroom and bunk room both have deck access and share an additional full bathroom. The bunk room accommodates four guests in twin bunk beds.

This beautiful mountain home offers WiFi, YouTube TV, central heating and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. Pets are not allowed at Grand View. The house has a level gravel driveway with parking for four vehicles and four steps to the covered front entrance.
