Oz stay
We came to the area to enjoy the autumn Land of Oz festival, which was amazing. The home was a great location. There are many high-end appliances in the home that take a slight orientation, but can easily be used. There was a musty odor upon entry into the rental in the downstairs area that never left. In addition, the property advertises a grill. This is actually a large Blackstone griddle. Upon check-in, the propane tank was empty and we had to reach out to the 800 customer service number at, 530 in the evening for assistance as we purchased food to cook for dinner. There was no technician that could assist us at that time and we had to fill the tank ourselves which was about a 15 to 20 minute ride from the rental. I am waiting for reimbursement for that expense. The kitchen and common area in the upstairs part of the house is its best feature.

Amazing stay in the mountains
Me and my family took a small trip to the mountains, we came across this house on VRBO. This house was very cozy and well stocked with cooking ware and had plenty of bath towels. The beds were very comfortable and slept very well. This was an amazing find and will return when we come back.

Good getaway
Cabin was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Lots of TVs and remotes but no information on how to get them to work. But overall nice place

Shagbark mountain home
Overall I would not stay there again. Needs a good house cleaning. No wood for wood burning fireplace. Not enough towels, no soap to wash hands or bar soap. Kitchen had no pot holders. You definitely could not cook there because you would have to bring everything with you.

Incorrect Listing
House was listed with a barbecue and we planned on cooking chicken our first night. The barbecue was broken and has been for a long time. The oven did not work and no instructions were provided for anything. Remotes were everywhere to the point of wondering "what controls what?" Otherwise, nice place.
