This was a cute property. Parking felt a little crowded and was right on the street, but no issues. Perfect place for us as a stop over & would stay there again!

The location was perfect, so close to everything, and parking was never an issue. Having said that, I most likely would never stay here again. Housekeeping was on demand, which I’m ok with, BUT the 1 time we requested it, sheets weren’t changed, only 1 of 2 beds was even remade, towels were replaced, garbage was emptied, but NOTHING was cleaned. After 5 days, a family of 4 that hiked every day at Acadia, the room was getting gross. I actually ended up cleaning parts of the bathroom myself. Also, we were on the 1st floor & every time the people above us walked around, you could hear every step.

No real bad place on Bar Harbor
We have stayed in Bar Harbor before. This isn't our favorite, but incredibly nice staff and good location. A lot of wear and tear in our room including a dirty shower curtain, but they immediately took care of it. If you want a budget place for only a couple nights, I would have no problem staying again.

Stayed at the Main Street Motel for two nights. Room was clean and modern. Bathroom was decent and had good water pressure. Bed was soft and comfy. Pillows could be a bit softer. There was an “odd” smell. Wasn’t bad but was noticeable. Stopped noticing it after a while. Really liked the short walk to down town. Hard to beat the price. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel close to everything and don’t care about amenities, then this is the place for you.
